Let’s connect and be calm together in this participatory introduction to mindfulness and meditation. This session will include a brief discussion of mindfulness basics followed by a guided meditation practice practice session incorporating several practices you can easily use to add calm, quiet and joy to your day: mindful body scan, gratitude practice, silent meditation, and compassion/well-being practice.
