ACC's 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting - 60-minute Flow Yoga Class
Class: 8:00 - 9:00 AM Eastern Time

A comprehensive one-hour vinyasa based flow workout with Phil Silberman. We flow from sun salutations through a series of working warrior poses and other basic yoga forms designed to strengthen and stretch all aspects of the body. All abilities are welcome and modifications on many of the positions are provided. A mat is needed, and a block is recommended.
